Hi there! My name is Jan Losert and I'm a product designer and digital products creator from the heart of Europe - Prague, Czech Republic. I'm currently (which still I can't believe) working at Webflow as a Brand Designer, mainly creating things for our users to get their start way easier! 

I have two lead products I've created and sell with no-code tools and by which most people know me - my digital products store selling multiple UI Kits most famously Dashboard UI Kit and Cards 1.0 and 2.0. My main goal is always to create designs which I would normally use and package them into epic UI Kit which my customers can buy to make their lives easier with my ready-to-use designs. My most recent project is Cards 2.0. It’s a pack of 50 layouts created in Webflow which you can easily mix together to create simple landing page within minutes. Same goes for Dashboard UI Kit, the biggest resource for super-easy creation of web app designs. The main group interested in my products are developers who can use a little help with their design skills. In Dashboard UI Kit they can copy margins, elements, colours and layouts into their project. The Kit is great for product owners as well, who use my resources to quickly put their ideas in place. And then of course designers, who just want to make their life easier. As far as for the Webflow products I feel like they are literally made for anyone trying to create great easy layout web page for their business without too much hustle. I've seen websites like for Youtuber's premium DVDs, kitchen designer's studio or a community for mothers with a simple store using Cards in Webflow. Which seems amazing to me, that with a simple thing you can literally change the workflow for a really broad audience.

"My no-code powers are Webflow and Gumroad"

In my case my no-code powers are Webflow and Gumroad. Gumroad allows me to setup product sale pages and then in Webflow build stuff which sells them. I'm not really sure if Gumroad is really being taken into this no-code niche but in my eyes it's exactly that. I take a bit of generated code, paste it in Webflow custom code section and the rest I setup without ever seeing any Javascript. Gumroad takes care of the whole purchase, payment, tax and invoicing for me. Which back then is something what would be a total nightmare. With that I don't have to stick to any template solutions and I can build the whole thing however I want.

Time wise I use Gumroad for about 4 years, I use Webflow since December 2017 when I really wanted to finally take ownership of my whole store without the need to bother my front-end developer friend. With me the learning process always depends on my need. If I need to create or do something I'll learn whatever I need and play around for whatever time. If it's something what I would love to learn something like After Effects I'm always just dreaming and talking about it but never actually doing it. So with Webflow I jumped on their University which, if you have ever seen any of their videos, is just the best and funniest way how to learn something and I was putting my portfolio and store out within about 1 month. Which for someone who doesn’t know how to write a single line of code is still, to this day, something that blows my mind. 

But back to the products. Both Cards projects was basically my quick answer on the fact that Webflow released Copy & Paste feature which allows the users to go to any template or project which allows cloning and take parts to other projects. So when they released this feature within I think 7 days I released Cards 1.0 just to see what the reaction of the community would be. Once I saw that people are actually signing up through my affiliate link and using the Cards 1.0 I felt the need to give them something solid. And that's how "framework" Cards 2.0 come to life. I spend roughly 20 days sleeping like 3-4 hours just to put this out quickly before anybody else will have a similar idea. And it worked! 

Let me show some results! Cards 2.0 generated to this day 1780 Webflow sign ups and it created 420 paying converted users. Which made me for a period time the best affiliate on Webflow. I think that's pretty successful considering that I've literally created one project with 50 sections which you can copy paste to your project. Webflow has quite generous affiliate plan where anyone who signs up for Webflow through your link you'll receive 50% of their subscription payments for 12 months. Which I feel like it's something that will bring more people like me in the future to these kind of no-code projects. There are still many small business owners in the need of small "template-ish" projects that helps them create their business presentations and Webflow is the place to find what you are looking for.

No-code opens the market for people like me, who have dreams but previously didn't have the ability to create stuff on their own and were limited by the need of having and paying a developer who would spend long evenings with them. So thank you, sincere thank you to all of you who are doing anything that's making this industry possible. In my case thank you Vlad, Sergie and Bryant (and the whole Webflow crew) and Sahil for running Gumroad. Where I see the limit now? Mainly the back end stuff - I know you can do some magic stuff with Zapier etc. but that's still quite far and tricky for people without coding knowledge to get there. So I hope we will get more tools or guides how to rock with these pretty soon!
