This tutorial shows you how to easily customize the Bug Tracker template pre-populated 'views' to give your customer support system more power.

By creating multiple views, your team can look at specific data without being overwhelmed. Individuals can view their assigned support tickets, your team can focus on open tickets, or tickets around a certain problem.

Within each Airtable base table, you can create multiple views. It's helpful sometimes to view data in different ways. With Airtable, you can stick with the traditional Grid view, create a Form that feeds into your Airtable, view your data around certain dates in the Calendar view, visualize your data as cards with the Gallery view, or manage your data by certain statuses with the Kanban view.
