In this tutorial, you will learn how to quickly create customer or client testimonials using AwesomeTable. By the end of this tutorial, you will be able to embed a slide of testimonials into your website.

What you'll need

  • AwesomeTable
  • Google Sheets
  • Carrd (or your web platform of choice)

  • 10 minutes

Log into AwesomeTable and copy this template:

Upload photos and a logo to a Google Drive. Make all of the photos you want to use shareable.

In your Google Sheet go to Add-Ons > Get Add-Ons. Search for Picture Gallery by AwesomeTable and install it. Once you have added this, click on it from the Add-ons dropdown and select Create /Edit a Photo Gallery. Select the folder with the files you want to use.

Add a column (column I) with the following URL the whole way down:

In the column next to it insert the formula =I3&B3 and drag the formula down the column. Copy these urls and right click/paste values only into the Data tab for profile pictures.

On the Template worksheet, replace the URLs in column B with your logo or delete the URLs if you do not want to have a logo. If you want to change colors, replace the HEX code next to the URLs.

If you want to change the colors of the username or message, scroll down and change color: white to color: black or whatever other color of your choosing.

Once you are done, get the embed link and embed on your site.
