I created a database and a couple automated workflows for a friend’s bus rental company using no-code online apps. This workflow uses a customer form to enter new trip requests into the Airtable database. A draft email response is automatically created in Gmail. The Airtable database can also be used to schedule drivers and buses to specific trips and an SMS is sent to the driver with the trip details using Twilio. Check out the videos below for demonstrations:
Airtable DatabaseDemonstrates an Airtable base that takes in information from a customer request form and allows for employee scheduling and tracking progress.
Draft Email Response Using ZapierCreates a draft email response to a customer request using fields from the Airtable database.
SMS Message with Trip Details Using Twilio & ZapierSends an SMS message to employees assigned to a trip with trip details.
